Take your agent with you
Before you delete the machine or end hosting, type /export in your Hermes chat. Hermes will package its soul, skills, memory, schedules, plugins, and settings without including your API keys.
Then ask Hermes to zip your starter kit source code and work files. Have it show you what will be included first, and tell it to leave out .env files, login tokens, SSH keys, browser data, logs, caches, and system files. Hermes itself is open source and can be installed again. If you changed the Hermes source code, include that repository too.
If you cannot download either archive, use the machine and files form. We will verify the account and help you retrieve them.
Delete a machine
Disposable demo machines have a delete control on the setup page. For a regular hosted machine, use the machine and files form. We confirm the exact machine before deleting it.
Deletion removes the live machine through the hosting provider. Agent37 currently states that an encrypted recovery copy remains for seven days after a Cloud API instance is deleted. After that period, recovery is not expected to be available.
Cancel hosting
Deleting the machine from its setup page is the cancellation: the subscription ends at once and nothing further is charged. If you want to keep the machine but stop billing, or the delete reports that the cancellation could not be confirmed, use the cancellation form and we will handle it by hand.
Access, correct, or delete account information
Use the privacy form with the address used to sign in. Tell us whether you want access, correction, a copy of portable files, deletion of eligible AgentMarkit records, machine deletion, or a combination. We may ask you to verify the request.
Payment, accounting, fraud, security, dispute, and legal records may need to remain. We will explain any information we cannot delete and why.
Disconnect a model or integration
Remove the connection from the agent and revoke the key or authorization with the outside provider. Rotating or revoking the credential is important because deleting an AgentMarkit machine does not notify every outside service.
Disconnect Gmail and delete Google-derived data
The Gmail metadata connection is optional and currently limited to approved test users. Three separate places may need attention:
- Stop future Google access. Revoke the connection from Google Account connections.
- Delete the connector session. Use the privacy form to ask us to revoke the private gateway endpoint and delete its Composio session. This is a manual control during testing.
- Delete copies your agent saved. Filtered metadata may appear in agent chat, files, or relationship memory on the hosted machine. Delete those records in the agent workspace or ask for help identifying them. Deleting the whole machine also removes the live copies, subject to the hosting provider's recovery period.
Revoking the Google connection stops new API requests. It does not reach backward and erase data already saved on the machine. Asking for deletion does not authorize us to inspect the machine. If inspection is needed, we will request separate support consent first.
Give or withdraw support permission
A general support message does not authorize access to private files. If inspection is necessary, we identify the machine, material, purpose, access level, and expected duration and wait for your written approval. You can withdraw permission before the work is complete.
Sign out on this browser
AgentMarkit does not yet have a dedicated sign-out button for every flow. You can remove local session data by clearing site data for agentmarkit.com in your browser. Email sessions expire after 30 days, private pilot sessions after seven days, and public demo sessions after 24 hours. A complete self-service sign-out control remains on the launch checklist.
