The full build now lives in the workshop. You'll start with a blank Agent37 machine and finish with a working Hermes agent.

Get Hermes running

Create the machine, open its terminal, connect a model, and check that the agent can answer you.

Make it yours
Set its identity, give it one real job, run that job once, and decide what needs changing.

Connect it and keep a copy
Choose who can talk to it, connect Discord if you want it there, and save the parts you would need on another machine.
